GSS Engineering Company is expanding and is looking for Customer Service Specialists to join our active and young team.
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the voice of our company, supporting clients and presenting them with innovative solar energy solutions.
Your main responsibilities:
- Making calls (incoming and outgoing)
- Working with the client database
- Understanding customer needs and proposing appropriate solutions
- Presenting products and services over the phone
- Forwarding requests to the relevant departments
- Managing social media correspondence
Required qualifications:
- Higher or vocational education
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Basic mathematical knowledge
- Strong communication, teamwork, and quick decision-making skills
- Effective time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of foreign languages (Russian, English) is a plus
- Work experience will be considered an advantage
